South East Asia Vision & Mission
The vision of SEA is in line with Odoo’s overall vision of “helping companies grow by unleashing companies’ potential by empowering users with tools they love”. In order to achieve this Odoo vision, we have streamlined & restructured the team to cater specifically for the market so that we can more easily address the SEA region in three ways, including:
Educate, spread & align markets in SEA
Educating the marking is one of the most important aspects of any business in order to help them understand the value of your products and services. Odoo partners are encouraged to achieve this by utilizing social media, sharing expertise, exposing your verticals and exhibiting at events to name a few.
Equip, training and support our Odoo Partners
In order for our partners to educate potential customers on digitalization efforts we, Odoo, must first train, equip and support our partners on Odoo. We do this through numerous ways like free / paid training, workshops, webinars and other feature events.
Collaborate and Communicate
Communication is key and to have a higher chance of success, we must collaborate. Thus, for the SEA region, Odoo has increased transparency & communication via updates with your PM, leaderboard & other initiatives.
How do we collaborate with Partners?
The above partner leaderboard is for "Official Partner" levels of Odoo. The leaderboard highlights the best partners from each market assessed by the Odoo Partner Manager team using the PACT metrics. PACT metrics highlight performance, attitude, comunity and teamwork. With the top partners awarded and recognised by gaining more access to Odoo potential projects, marketing, training and other initiatives.
Below are the considerations, but not limited to, how your PMs assess our partnership collaboration:

For all the above initiatives, your first point of contact is always your Partner Manager.
Then you have market Team Leaders.
To grow the markets more rapidly. In order to do so, these initiatives aim to have:
- A standard way of collaborating together
- More enabled partners via PM team
- Additional exposure via Leaderboard website
- More resources provided to collaborative partners
- An increase in our key partners in the markets
- Additional product for events (booths)
- More sales collaborations (MMC, Odoo projects)
- A program to full equip more partners
- Focus on transparency & communication on how to move forward together
Effective immediately.
1st week of April 2025. Published live.
Scores are collected every month & averaged to give the final score.
E.g. JAN 25/100 + FEB 50/100 + MAR 75/100, the average score for Q1 2025 will be 50%.
It will be updated on the first business day of the first full week of the new month of the new Quarter.
E.g. Q2 2025 results will be published on July 7th 2025.
